Together with the project partners Rener and Teknimap, the ECODESIGN company supports this project, and advises IHOBE on the selection and integration of appropriate environmental criteria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Implementation of sustainable public procurement in the Basque Country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the project, the ECODESIGN company will analyse existing international procurement programs and the impact and effects of environmental criteria in public procurement. This study shall serve as a base to actively support the technical secretariat of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ihobe.eus\/about-ihobe\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.ihobe.eus\/about-ihobe\">IHOBE<\/a> to integrate effective and appropriate criteria into the public procurement program of the Basque Country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In cooperation with the project partners <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rener.biz\/\">Rener<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.teknimap.es\/es\/home\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"http:\/\/www.teknimap.es\/es\/home\">Teknimap<\/a>, working groups and trainings for local and regional authorities will also be developed and organized. A total of 38 public entities are currently participating in the sustainable procurement system.
